2nd Jan 2014 | Leave a remark Compulsory New Year Behaviour Change Post Last yr I set myself two goals. The first was to write a e-book and the second was to get fitter. (Me and err, everyone else in the nation). The drawback I confronted with each is time. I donât have any. (Me and errâ¦and so on etc). So how did I get on? Well, I donât have a book. I did some writing when on vacation and that was priceless. But apart from that, nada. However, total I maintained my levels of health. So, partial failure, partial success. What have been the differences and what can I study from that?
